SOL ETF Inflow Hits $60.9M, AUM Record $1.49B

SOL ETF inflows hit a 2026 record on Aug 27, with $60.9M of net new money and total AUM climbing to $1.49B. The print stands out because it arrived on a day when SOL itself was quiet until late in the session, then jumped 5% to trade near $107 on Binance and OKX.

Aug 27: The Biggest Single-Day Print of 2026

The $60.9M inflow is the largest one-day number for SOL funds this year. It beat the previous 2026 high of $33.49M set on Aug 24, and it came after two straight days of smaller but positive flows ($32.25M on Aug 25, $9.14M on Aug 26). AUM ended the day at $1.486B, a record for the product line. Only one day in the entire history of SOL ETFs was bigger: Nov 3, 2025, at $70.05M, when the funds were just a week old.

Eight Straight Days of Net Inflows

The streak now runs eight sessions. Through most of August the pace was modest, with single-digit prints and several flat days. That changed after Aug 20: $14.58M, then $10.07M, $33.49M, $32.25M, $9.14M and finally $60.91M. The 7-day total sits at $162.5M, and the cumulative haul since launch has reached $1.32B. Compare that with the first half of the month, when AUM barely moved between $870M and $905M.

Price Followed the Money

SOL closed the U.S. session near $106.8, up about 5.2% on the day, with a 24-hour range of $100.62 to $110.64 across Binance and OKX. The move retraced the $100 level that held as support in the pullback earlier in the week. Funding on major venues stayed near zero, which means the rally was not a leveraged squeeze. When ETF money and spot demand drive the move while perp funding stays cold, the advance tends to hold up better in a retest.

What to Watch Now

Three things matter for the next few sessions. First, whether the streak survives the week, since the Aug 26 print of $9.14M shows inflows can slow without stopping. Second, whether price can clear the $110 area, where sellers stepped in on Aug 27. Third, how much of this inflow is one-time repositioning versus fresh allocations; the answer usually shows up in the first outflow day, which has not happened since Aug 6. If AUM keeps compounding while spot stays above $100, SOL ETF flows become a steady bid under the tape rather than a one-off event.
